Web Designer

Location: Velizy, France (southwest of Paris)
Permanent work contract
Starting Date: Immediate

• Graphical and content updates for the websites
• Coding and optimization of the Blizzard websites and web applications, using XSLT, XML, Javascript, CSS and XHTML
• Participate in the deployment of technical updates or upgrades, in cooperation with QA, Admin team, and Dev team
• Create and localize all online graphical elements needed for updating the websites
• Create Flash animations, banners, emails for online campaigns and marketing actions
• Design mail templates and internal tools

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Strong graphic-design skills, artistic sense and proficiency in Photoshop
• Strong XHTML, XSLT/XML, CSS and Javascript skills
• Strong skills in Flash and good knowledge of Actionscript
• Fluent in English
• Teamwork capabilities and sense of timing
• A strong motivation and high level of commitment

PLUSES

• Knowledge of XSL and XML
• Knowledge of JSP
• Russian Speaking
• Passion for MMORPGs
